Shipping policy

Shipping is calculated once you place your order. Our shipping department wants to ensure you get the best price for shipping. We calculate it once the customer's order has been boxed up and weighed. This ensures the most accurate cost without any estimating. Once we have calculated the cost of shipping, our ordering department will get in touch with you via email or phone to let you know the final price of your order. Once the shipping has been processed, the shipping department will let the customer know the final total and will process the payment after the customer accepts the charges.  We will charge the customers credit card, accept paypal or an e-transfer for payment.

Any parcels over a $100 value are subject to extra insurance charges.  

Our staff work hard to get your order out as soon as possible. 

All parcels that are processed before 3pm will be shipped that day. If they do not make the same day cut off time, their parcel will be shipped the next day.  All parcels go out within 72 hours at the latest.  We ship daily between Tuesday to Saturday.  If you order after 1pm on Saturday or anytime on Sunday/ Monday, your parcel will ship out on the following Tuesday. 

We usually ship via Canada Post. Parcels can go standard, expedited, express or priority. Unless otherwise requested, we generally ship expedited.

We ship everything via Canada Post. If a courier is preferred, the customer may arrange a courier of their choice to come pick up the parcel. The customer will arrange payment via the selected courier and will settle shipping charges directly through them.

Customers can choose to send their parcels via standard mail, expedited, express post or priority mail. If not specified we will ship expedited.
