Refund policy
At Mountain Gems, customer service is our primary goal. We ask that you contact our customer service within 72 hours of receiving your parcel.
Generally we will take back any products that are defective, pre-damaged, or were an error. A full refund will be provided if it has not been damaged in use, has been used, and that all contents are in original packaging.
THERE ARE NO REFUNDS on Beads, Cut Stones, Metals, Precious Metal Findings, & Beads, Books, Sales Items, or used equipment.
All returns must be done within 30 days and have a copy of the original invoice attached. They must also have been pre-approved through our customer service department.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping and insurance costs.
